How to Use
1.
Use 1–2 teaspoons of loose herbal tea per cup of water.

Heat water until just before boiling to prevent burning the herbs.
3.
Place the tea in an infuser, teapot, or cup and pour the hot water over it. Let it steep for 5–7 minutes.
4.
Remove the leaves or infuser. If drinking chilled, set aside to cool.

Pour hot into a cup, or if you prefer drinking it chilled, enjoy it over ice.
