Caroll Taveras’ Tea blends was born from an impulse, an inner calling to merge my love of herbalism with my alchemical practices and artwork. In 2023, a dear friend invited me to contribute something “floral” to a gift box project she was creating. What immediately came to mind was a floral tea blend. From that moment, Surrender was born, followed by Inner Light. Each blend became an offering of ritual, intuition, and transformation. Over time, I realized they had formed divine counterparts - one feminine, one masculine - created intentionally yet intuitively, and designed to appeal to and support both women and men. From this original pairing, the collection has since expanded and now includes six intentionally crafted tea blends, each guiding you through a gentle arc of grounding, expanding and remembering.

These teas are meant to be lived with, simple daily rituals of embodiment, presence, and attunement. Like my artwork and sound practice, they invite slowing down, listening deeply, and entering a moment of communion with the self.
